If you think we have missed something, or if you have something you want to add, drop us a line. When you receive your tree, place the box in a shaded area to unpack. Rememer to unpack carefully because some settling of the contents may have occurred. Take tree out of shipping container and remove any packing material that may be stuck in the branches. If you received more than one, remove the trees one at a time. It may be helpful to remove some of the packing material before removing any trees. Don't throw away those packing peanuts! Instead of throwing away those packing peanuts, you can take them to any Mailboxes, etc. location, and they will gladly recycle them. Inspect the tree for damage to branches or leaves. Water any trees that have dry soil. Place trees in protected shade for at least one week before placing the tree in a sunny location. If your tree(s) appear to be damaged, or in bad health, keep your receipt, packing slip, and shipping label from the carrier. These will be necessary if you wish to make any claims to us or the carrier. You can read our guarantee and see if you wish to make your claim to us, or to the carrier. |
